La Salle's speech and debate team earned the 5th-place Sweepstakes Award for overall team performance out of 16 5A schools at the recent O.S.A.A. Les Schwab/U.S. Bank State Speech and Debate Championships.
La Salle Prep Theater presents the musical "Into the Woods" at 7 pm April 21, 22, 27, 28 & 29, and 1:30 pm April 23. The show (music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine) features familiar fairy tale characters in unfamiliar situations and warns the audience that "wishes come true, not free."
