APPLY Online to La Salle Prep

La Salle Prep operates on a semester schedule. We accept students at the beginning of the year or beginning of the semester only.  At this time, applications are closed for the 2013-2014 school year.

Admissions Steps:

1.  Complete the admissions application form (to be filled out by student and parent/guardian). There is a non-refundable $50 application fee. Admissions application is due no later than Friday, January 17, 2014, for the 2014-2015 school year.

2.  Register for and take the High School Placement Test, required for all incoming students. The exam fee is $25. Test dates are December 7 or 9, 2013.

3.  Spend a day at La Salle Prep October 2013-March 2014. Registration opens in September 2013. 

4.  Turn in the Teacher recommendation forms (Principal, Math, and English teacher forms) and Release of Records.
