Criteria for Admission
La Salle Prep is committed to seeking qualified students from diverse backgrounds. Approximately 400 students apply each year for the 175 openings in the freshman class.
We are committed to maintaining access for students desiring a faith-based, college preparatory education. La Salle’s philosophy is that excellent education should be available to all students who desire it; not limited exclusively to those who are academically gifted, but open to all motivated students, especially the under served.
We ask that applicants meet the following minimum criteria:
No D or F grades on transcripts
Scores that are at or above grade level on the High School Placement Test
Acceptable behavioral and attendance records
Acceptable recommendations from the Principal, Math and English Teachers
